DESCRIPTION:111 YOGA & BRUNCH w/ SOUND HEALING Coffee Inclusive and The Salt Barre are collaborating once again for our second event together: 111 Yoga & Brunch w/ Sound Healing\, a meaningful community experience centered on intention\, connection\, and mindful living. Join us Sunday\, January 11th for an Intention Setting Class led by Nella Pepsin of Magnetic Essence\, featuring a 45-minute yoga class followed by a 15-minute sound healing session. Class will take place at The Salt Barre beginning at 11:45 AM\, and brunch will begin at 1:00 PM at Coffee Inclusive. This isn't just a yoga class\, it's an initiation. Numbers hold power in the fabric of the universe\; the 1/11 portal is an alignment to your vortex of infinite possibilities. 1's signify a new cycle beginning\, intention setting\, leadership\, and initiation to achieve goals. Our session will comprise of a power flow vinyasa to feel strong and build momentum behind your intentions. We will wrap up with a sound healing shavasana to raise your vibration to align with your highest potential. Ticket includes:   45-minute yoga class   15-minute sound healing   One entr e of choice   One baked good   Open beverage bar Brunch Menu Options: Avocado Toast\, Bacon and Cheese Egg Bites + Blueberry Muffin Sourdough\, Herb Cream Cheese\, Sliced Avocado\, Smoked Salmon + Cranberry Orange Muffin Chicken Caesar Salad\, Fruit Cup + Sugar Cookie Chicken Salad Sandwich\, Yogurt Parfait + Chocolate Chip Cookie Beverage Choices: Drip Coffee\, Decaf Hot Coffee\, Iced Tea\, or Water Price: $45 per person Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for class.
